Carolina Wheat lives in Chicago grateful for the plentiful cemetaries.  Her mission in life? Encourage people to express themselves sans hesitation.  Born in Detroit, bred in surrounding wetlands and vacant industrial wastelands, her writing, sound and visual art-work, like her, is spiritual, not religious. Be it focusing on the afterlife or this life now, she incorporates a sensitive perception to human’s omens and the atmosphere around her. Yes, she reads PALMS, but she is more interested in finding meaning in anything: from an anomaly found on a recorded conversation to a triangle found on your mound of Apollo.  She loves to play music that is uplifting and can be found around town DJing and helping folk’s shake their booty.   Currently making and breaking aspiring artists dreams, she adores working with students with a insatiable quest to visualize, realize and fabricate.
